Payment is taken at the time of ordering via Stripe. We accept all major UK debit and credit cards. Payment information is encrypted and processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
As a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These include the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
